Any item purchased that is not to the customer's complete satisfaction can be exchanged or returned within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To do this, contact us at atencion.cliente@spencercollection.es and we will send the postal company to pick up the product. You can exchange the product for another one you want, which will also be sent to your home. The cost of collection and shipping in case of exchange or return will be €5.95, which must be paid by the customer.
In case you decide to exchange the product for another available one and it has a greater value, the difference must be paid by the customer. In the event of a lower value or a return, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product, never the shipping costs.
Important: The products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, without having been used, and with the original packaging and labels in good condition.
